4) Think about Happy Memories
5) Listen to music and sing to it. Loud. Off-tune. Whatever suits your style.
6) Make a list of the 100 things that make you happy.
7) Journal Down your feelings
8) Watch Dumb Youtube Videos
9) Tweet or Update your Facebook Status and rant on it.
10) Dress up? DO your hair? Nails?
11) Scream. Seriously, it feels really good.
12) Go out there and do a good deed.
13) Play some Stupid Games.
14) Eat the best chocolate you can get your hands on.
15) Watch a comedy.
16) Write out a song
17) Draw a Picture
18) DO cartwheels. It may be dangerous, so get out of the house to do it.
19) DO SPORTS!!
20) Be happy, feel AWEsome.
